    1. Golf is limited and Trade Show space is limited. We encourage you to register early before we sell out.
    2. ELIGIBLE EXHIBITS: The chapters representing the Northwest GCSA Turfgrass Expo reserve the right to determine the eligibility of any company or product to exhibit in their trade show, if the need arises. All trade show participants will conform to the rules/laws of the property, city and county.
    3. DISPLAY AREA: All exhibits must be contained within the purchased exhibit dimensions.
    4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: The exhibitor agrees to make no claim against the Inland Empire GCSA, Idaho GCSA, Peaks & Prairies GCSA or their representative(s), for loss, theft, damage or destruction of goods, nor for any injury to him/herself or employees while in the trade show area at any time. Exhibitor agrees to indemnify the above named participants, against, and hold them harmless for any claim arising out of the exhibitor’s participation in the Northwest GCSA Turfgrass Expo.
    5. Pictures will be taken at event will be used online and/or print. To be excluded from the pictures, notification in writing must be received 48 hours prior to the event.
    6. SIGNATURE ACKNOWLEDGMENT: With name and date below, exhibitor acknowledges having read the times for exhibitor move-in, move-out and for the trade show, and will abide by those times.
  • Standard Booth Rentals - SOLD OUT

    • Single spaces are approximately 8’ x 8’ and include (1) 6ft table and two chairs
    • Booth registration includes (2) persons per space with access to education. * Additional booth participants representing company - $60
    • Lunch and golf available for additional fee.
    • Member booth price is according to member/company/corporate affiliation of record as of June 10, 2021 for the Idaho GCSA, Inland Empire GCSA, or Peaks & Prairies GCSA (see below for non-member information). Select the option that reflects the number of associations you belong to. No booth refund requests after 4:00 p.m. October 7 appreciated.
