Many of our members have indicated hesitation or reluctance to participate for various reasons and we still find several employers are still strongly encouraging employees to not attend large gatherings. \nDuring the pandemic we have continued to offer educational opportunities. This past fall we met in person\, offering an opportunity to network with peers\, take advantage of the knowledge present at the trade show\, and earn pesticide re-certification credit and GCSAA EDUs. Scott’s background includes three years spent working on a farming and ranching operation in Kansas just after high school. He decided there had to be an easier way to make a living and still be a part of agriculture. Returning to his native Wyoming\, he received his B.S. and M.S. degrees in entomology.
