DESCRIPTION:Making the decision to miss gathering as an association this spring has made a serious financial impact. \nWe welcome any donations you would like to make in lieu of your participation!  Your contributions will be acknowledged. \n To request an invoice\, CLICK HERE. \nWe look forward to seeing you at the Northwest Turfgrass Expo\, Oct 11 & 12 at the Coeur d’Alene Resort! \nDear Peaks & Prairies GCSA Members: \nAfter careful consideration\, the Peaks & Prairies GCSA Board of Directors has cancelled the 2021 “Almost” Spring Meeting.  We postponed the decision as along as possible\, in anticipation of a quicker start to normalcy early 2021.  Many of our members have indicated hesitation or reluctance to participate for various reasons and we still find several employers are still strongly encouraging employees to not attend large gatherings.   \nDuring the pandemic we have continued to offer educational opportunities. This past fall we met in person\, offering an opportunity to network with peers\, take advantage of the knowledge present at the trade show\, and earn pesticide re-certification credit and GCSAA EDUs.  Many of our members participated last week in the annual PPGCSA private webcast moderated by Roch Gaussoin\, PhD. \nWith the cancellation of our upcoming event and the spring golf season around the corner\, we look forward to strong attendance and support at our 2021 Montana and Wyoming Scholarship/Education Golf Events (location TBD)\, and at the Northwest GCSA Turfgrass Expo this fall\, where our chapter will join the Idaho GCSA and Inland Empire GCSA at the Coeur d’Alene Resort. 
  \nIn the meantime\, we encourage you to participate in the 2021 GCSAA Virtual GIS.  Outstanding education will be available throughout February for a reasonable fee for you and your employees.
