    You must be a Peaks & Prairies GCSA Member to participate. If you would like to join the association, please click on membership under the INFO tab on the website.
  • Safety Precautions For your safety, Trade Show will adhere to property, county and state requirements. Trade Show booths will be social distanced and masks will be required. By participating in this event, you agree to wear a mask, follow guidelines placed upon us, and agree to the liability waiver and release of claims, as stated in this document.
    If you reserve a booth, you agree to and accept the following contract and COVID-19 notice by your initials below.
  • CONTRACT FOR TRADE SHOW SPACE - 2020
    RULES GOVERNING PEAKS & PRAIRIES GOLF COURSE SUPERINTENDENTS ASSOC. TRADE SHOW
    1. ELIGIBLE EXHIBITS: All participants in the 2020 Peaks & Prairies GCSA Fall Meeting & Trade Show: COVID-19 Safety Acknowledgment -- Liability Waiver and Release of Claims
    COVID-19 SAFETY INFORMATION: While participating at the Peaks & Prairies GCSA Fall Meeting and Trade Show, “social distancing” must be practiced and face coverings worn at all times to conform to property, county and state rules in place. While preventative measures to reduce the spread of COVID-19 have been put in place, Peaks & Prairies GCSA (PPGCSA) cannot guarantee that its participants, partners, or others in attendance will not become infected with COVID-19. With your attendance, you certify that you do not fall into any of the following categories: 1. Individuals who currently or within the past fourteen (14) days have experienced any symptoms associated with COVID-19, which include fever, cough, and shortness of breath among others. 2. Individuals who believe that they may have been exposed to a confirmed or suspected case of COVID-19 or have been diagnosed with COVID-19 and are not yet cleared as non-contagious by state or local public health authorities or the health care team responsible for their treatment.
    RELEASE AND WAIVER. I hereby release, waive and forever discharge any and all liability, claims, and demands of whatever kind or nature against Peaks & Prairies GCSA and its affiliated partners and sponsors, including in each case, without limitation, their directors, officers, and employees, either in law or in equity, to the fullest extent permissible by law, including but not limited to damages or losses caused by the negligence, fault or conduct of any kind on the part of the released parties, including but not limited to death, bodily injury, illness, economic loss or out of pocket expenses, or loss or damage to property. This release applies to my heirs, assignees, next of kin and/or legally appointed or designated representatives of present, or hereafter, arising from my participation with the activity. ASSUMPTION OF THE RISK. I acknowledge and freely assume all such risks related to illness and infectious diseases, such as COVID-19, and the risk of injury, harm and loss associated in any way with the Peaks & Prairies GCSA Fall Meeting & Trade Show.
    By attending and/or participating in the activity, have given a full release of liability to the released parties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

  • STAMP CARD PARTICIPANT (Minimum donation to participate is $10.00) We will provide you with a stamp. It is your choice to leave the stamp available for self-stamping, or you can personally stamp the cards. Participating vendor and donation amount is listed on card. When attendee’s card is stamped by each vendor listed, the person is eligible for a special drawing. We cannot add your company to the card on-site! You must register now to participate on the punch card.
